Four Roller Crusher Working Principle:
Four Roller Crusher consists of roll wheel, roll bearing, pressing device, adjusting device and driving device etc.etc.It has two kinds of roller surface, one is smooth surface called roll crusher, one is tooth surface called toothed roll crusher.
This kind of Four Roller Crusher machine is consists of two motors, which take two rolls to rotate reversely by the decelerator. When the materials drop on the rolls through the charge hole,under the friction of the rolls, they are dragged between the two rolls, grinded by the roll's crushing, the grinded materials are pushed rotatorily by the rolls.
