PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Slant Tube Design: The PSS-PP features a slant tube design, which optimizes the flow of sewage for enhanced treatment efficiency. The slant tube configuration allows for improved contact between the sewage and the treatment media, promoting the effective removal of contaminants.
Polypropylene (PP) Construction: The PSS-PP is constructed using polypropylene, a durable and chemically resistant material. PP ensures the longevity of the slant tube filler and its ability to withstand the harsh conditions of sewage treatment.
High Surface Area: The slant tube filler is designed to provide a large surface area for the attachment of microorganisms responsible for sewage treatment. This increased surface area allows for enhanced biological activity and promotes the efficient removal of organic matter and pollutants.
Effective Treatment Performance: The PSS-PP is capable of effectively treating both domestic and industrial sewage, including the removal of organic pollutants, suspended solids, and nutrients. It helps to improve water quality and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
FEATURES1. Large wet circumference and small hydraulic radius.
2. The laminar flow state is good, and particle sedimentation is not disturbed by floc flow.
3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/m2 · h. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 millimeters per second, resulting in excellent effluent quality.
4. Honeycomb inclined pipes are used at the water intake, with a length of 2.0-3.0 meters, which can safely operate and handle high turbidity with a sediment content of 50-100 kg/m³.
5. Adopting an inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of a horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of an accelerated sedimentation tank and a pulse sedimentation tank.
