The DAF-DY-SA dissolved air flotation system is engineered for South America dairy and cheese processing wastewater treatment. Serving dairy plants in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Colombia, this DAF unit removes whey, milk solids, fats, oils and grease (FOG) from high-strength dairy effluent. Constructed with 316L stainless steel for food-grade compliance and equipped with PLC automation, it operates at 2-150 m3/h. Enables whey recovery, reduces BOD loading, and ensures discharge compliance for South American dairy processors.
