The DAF-LF dissolved air flotation system is purpose-built for landfill leachate pre-treatment, one of the most challenging wastewater streams in municipal solid waste management. Landfill leachate contains extremely high concentrations of COD, ammonia, heavy metals, and recalcitrant organic compounds. This DAF system uses 316L stainless steel construction for aggressive leachate resistance and pressurized dissolved air micro-bubble technology to float and remove suspended solids, oils, and colloidal organic matter before biological or membrane treatment stages. With 2-150 m3/h capacity, it is the essential pre-treatment solution for municipal landfills in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) and Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia) where rapid urbanization demands modern leachate treatment infrastructure.
