The DAF-PP dissolved air flotation system is specifically designed for power plant wastewater treatment, focusing on cooling tower blowdown, boiler feed water pre-treatment, and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) wastewater. In both Middle Eastern and Latin American power generation facilities—from gas-fired combined cycle plants in Saudi Arabia and UAE to thermal power stations in Brazil and Mexico—cooling tower blowdown contains high levels of suspended solids, calcium scale, silica, and corrosion products. This DAF system uses pressurized dissolved air micro-bubble technology to efficiently separate these solids, enabling blowdown water recovery and reducing fresh water intake in water-scarce regions like the Middle East.
