The DAF-CP dissolved air flotation system is purpose-built for coffee processing wastewater treatment, specifically targeting the high-organic mucilage and pulp-laden effluent from wet coffee milling (beneficio humedo). During the harvest season, coffee washing and fermentation generate wastewater with extremely high BOD/COD levels that require efficient treatment before discharge. This DAF system uses pressurized dissolved air micro-bubble technology to float and separate coffee mucilage, pulp fibers, and colloidal organic matter from process water. With 2-150 m3/h capacity and continuous 24/7 operation capability, it is the essential treatment solution for Latin American coffee processors in Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras seeking environmental compliance and water reuse.
