The DAF-BW dissolved air flotation system is specifically designed for brewery and winery wastewater treatment. Brewing and winemaking processes generate high-strength organic wastewater containing yeast cells, trub (hop and protein residues), spent grains, grape pomace, and cleaning-in-place (CIP) chemicals. This DAF system uses advanced micro-bubble dissolved air technology to efficiently float and separate yeast, suspended solids, and colloidal organic matter from process effluent. With 2-150 m3/h capacity and wide pH tolerance for CIP chemical variations, it is the trusted treatment solution for Latin American breweries in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, as well as wineries in Chile and Argentina's Mendoza and Maipo Valley regions.
