The DAF-SG dissolved air flotation system is purpose-engineered for sugar mill and ethanol distillery wastewater treatment. Designed to handle high organic loads from sugarcane washing, milling process water, and ethanol vinasse (stillage), this DAF system uses pressurized dissolved air micro-bubble technology to float and remove suspended bagasse fibers, soil particles, yeast cells, and colloidal organic matter.
