Versatile Stainless Steel DAF System Product Description
The versatile stainless steel DAF dissolved air flotation system is an efficient and fast method for separating solid particles from various water and wastewater. Part of the treated wastewater is circulated into the dissolved air tank, where air is supersaturated and dissolved under pressure, then mixed with flocculant-added raw water at the flotation tank entrance. Due to pressure reduction, supersaturated air is released as tiny bubbles that attach to suspended matter and lift it to the surface, forming an easy-to-remove sludge layer while heavier solids settle at the bottom. This versatile system handles high chroma sewage, low dissolved oxygen water, low temperature water and production water across a wide range of industries.

Scope of Application
Suitable for purifying sewage with high chroma, low dissolved oxygen and many organic impurities, especially sewage with low water temperature that is not suitable for gravity sedimentation. Suitable for industrial wastewater treatment and production water treatment after printing and dyeing, electroplating, leather making, papermaking, chemical industry, textile, meat processing, oil refining and canned food production, as well as the separation of biological mud membrane and water in biological treatment.
