Design Inspiration
Inspired by professional diving and outdoor sports gear, the 23mm wide strap caters to large-case watches, solving the pain point of "ill-fitting straps for oversized timepieces". The dense anti-slip texture enhances grip during active use, while the dual-color buckle (silver/black) adapts to both polished and matte watch cases. The minimalist black base design ensures versatility, with customization options to align with B2B brand identities.
Production Process
Use high-density, wear-resistant TPU (compliant with REACH standards) to ensure flexibility, water resistance, and resistance to UV degradation.
Inject TPU into precision molds with anti-slip patterns, then cure at controlled temperature to form the 23mm wide strap body.
Trim and polish strap edges to remove burrs, ensuring a smooth, irritation-free fit.
Attach stainless steel buckles (silver/black options) and secure spring bars, testing for durability and buckle retention.
For B2B orders, apply color matching (per Pantone codes) or logo engraving/printing (MOQ 300 pieces per design).
Check texture integrity, buckle strength, and dimensional accuracy, then package in bulk for shipment.
