HILHELM Fish and Shrimp Fry Pond Paint adopts the latest steel anti-corrosion coating protection technology and provides long-lasting, highly effective protection for rusty and unprepared steel surfaces. It not only significantly extends the service life of anti-corrosion topcoats, but also makes the anti-corrosion coating process simpler, more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly.
The new method is based on a novel chemical chelation process that converts rust on iron surfaces into a hydrophobic passivation layer. Compared with traditional manual or mechanical rust removal coating methods and coating-over-rust methods, this rust-conversion anti-corrosion system achieves long-lasting, continuous inhibition of rust formation, providing longer protection before rust recurrence.

Recommended Application Process
Remove dust and dirt from the rusty surface
Apply HILHELM Eco-Friendly Rust Fixing Sealer GX10 (coverage: 200–300 m² per coat)
Apply HILHELM Water-Based Anti-Rust Paint (coverage: 80m² achieved with two coats)
Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool place at 5–35°C. Protect from freezing. Never store in iron containers. Do not return unused emulsion to the container. Under normal storage conditions, the product remains stable for more than 12 months. After 12 months, check if the product remains uniform and shows no signs of deterioration; if so, performance will not be affected.
