Features:
The valve has been designed to prevent water within the body from leaking to the enviornment at the point where the stem passes through the bonnet.It is designed to be replaced by one person with the valve in the wide open position and under the rated working pressure
The body of a valve is of the straightway type and when the gate is fully open, a waterway diameter equal the inside diameter of a mating pipe
The body and bonnet of a valve shall be made of materials having strength, rigidity, and resistance to corrosion.
OS&Y gate valve are used indoors or in outdoors pits and NRS valves are used with wall indicator posts or underground with tee-handle wrenches or indicator posts attached or as roadway box valves
