Equipment Characteristics
1) It is applicable to the unstacking of empty aluminum bottles and cans/aluminum cans /PET/ glass cans.
2) The main frame is required to be of the gantry frame type, with a square tube welded base and a carbon steel plate thickness of over 6mm.
3) The main drive and lifting chain are RS60 double-row high-strength chains.
4) The main drive is a well-known brand, equipped with a brake motor reducer.
5) The stack conveyor line is equipped with an RS80 single-row high-strength chain. The conveying speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion, and the stack position can store more than two stacks of products.
6) The door panels on both sides of the unloading position of the main machine are automatically adjusted when the stacks are fed in. The two door panels are made of carbon steel welded together, with a 2.5T SUS304 attached to the surface.
7) The tank outlet conveyor is a high strength small pitch plastic steel module mesh belt, and the body plate is 2.5T SUS304.
8) It is required that the collection partition be automatically lifted and released during unloading. It should be equipped with an adjustment mechanism for the cardboard clamping board to unload the entire layer and prevent the tank from overturning.
9) Empty pallets are automatically collected. The lifting drive is a reducer with a brake motor, and the lifting movement is smooth.
10) The artificial platform is made of carbon steel and covered with anti-slip patterned aluminum plates on the surface.
11) The detachable height is 2500mm and can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
12) The entire machine is controlled by PLC linkage, featuring automatic positioning, automatic lifting, automatic suction and release of partitions, automatic unloading of tanks, and automatic collection of empty pallets. It is required to be simple to operate and capable of quickly handling abnormal issues.
