This automatic rotary hot melt labeling machine is developed based on ten years of dedicated R&D and German industrial technology. Equipped with full sets of top European and American electrical components, it has passed mass production verification on thousands of production lines. Linked with rotary encoders, it can automatically measure containers and labels to align central lines accurately. Free from accuracy fluctuations caused by voltage surges or system damping changes, it supports OPP film, pearlescent film, paper-plastic composite film and paper labels, ideal for high-standard production lines demanding seamless labeling joints.

The exclusive dual pressure roller active feeding mechanism keeps labels taut to avoid breakage from die-cut damage and supports visual inspection equipment. Key moving parts are fitted with an imported automatic central lubrication system for timed oil injection, cutting manual maintenance and extending service life. High-strength alloy core shafts and helical gears ensure stable precision during long-hour high-speed operation.
