Crafted to deliver ultra-high-speed continuous round bottle mass production, this 18-station rotary hot melt labeler features stepless speed regulation, delivering a stable output of 24,000 to 28,000 bottles every hour. All core structural parts are precision machined within our own factory. It fits containers with diameters no larger than 100mm, and processes OPP film, pearlescent film, paper-plastic composite film and paper labels with heights from 30mm to 130mm.
Equipped with a roller gluing system that only applies adhesive to both ends of each label, this machine slashes glue waste and keeps recurring material costs under control.It tackles four common operational troubles plaguing large-scale production plants: excessive consumption of hot melt glue, frequent label breakage, lengthy product switchover procedures, and unwanted scratch marks on bottle surfaces.
Built as a heavy-duty model weighing 6,000 kg, it sustains a constant hot melt temperature ranging from 120°C to 160°C, and delivers consistent reliable performance during non-stop, long-hour labeling shifts around the clock.

Our self-designed circulating roller gluing system allows adjustable glue coating thickness and full glue recycling, slashing glue usage by 60% to reduce long-run manufacturing costs. Intelligent operation logic stops label feeding and gluing when no bottles are detected, avoiding unnecessary waste. Quick-detach pressure rollers and positioning molds remove the need for repeated calibration when switching product sizes. Servo-controlled dividing screws fitted with ball bearings minimize friction and scratches on bottle surfaces. A standalone waterproof electrical cabinet with an internal cooling unit guarantees stable performance in dusty, humid plant environments, supported by premium imported pneumatic and photoelectric sensors.
It is an ideal match for mass production lines of mineral water, fruit juice, cooking oil and sauces. Custom separating and bottle holding attachments can be supplied to achieve seamless integration with filling and sterilization machinery.
Universal casters are mounted for easy on-site movement, while the whole machine is shipped in separate shockproof wooden crates. We provide a full one-year machine warranty, paired with 7×12-hour remote technical support to shorten production downtime. Wear parts are available at affordable bulk prices for factory inventory stocking.
