This 24-station rotary hot melt labeler is built for ultra-high-capacity round bottle mass production, with stepless speed control delivering stable throughput of 36,000 to 42,000 bottles per hour. All core parts are precision machined in-house. It fits containers up to 105mm in diameter and processes OPP film, pearlescent film, paper-plastic composite film and paper labels of 30–130mm height. Its targeted roller gluing only coats adhesive on both label ends, cutting glue waste and long-term material costs. It resolves four major operational troubles for super-high-output factories: excessive hot melt glue consumption, frequent label breakage, time-consuming mold changes, and scratch defects on bottle surfaces. Weighing 6,000kg, it maintains a constant 120°C–160°C melting temperature for reliable round-the-clock labeling.

Our self-developed circulating roller gluing system supports adjustable coating thickness and glue recycling, slashing glue use by 60% to lower running costs. Intelligent sensors halt feeding and gluing without bottles to avoid waste. Quick-release rollers and molds eliminate repeated calibration during product switches. Ball-bearing servo dividing screws reduce bottle friction and scratches. A fully sealed waterproof electric cabinet with cooling ensures stable operation in dusty, humid workshops, supported by imported pneumatic and photoelectric sensors.
It serves large-scale production lines for mineral water, juice, edible oil, sauces and carbonated drinks. Custom bottle separating and clamping units enable seamless connection with filling and sterilization equipment.
Fitted with universal casters for easy workshop movement, the machine is shipped in shockproof split wooden crates. We offer a full one-year warranty and 7×12-hour remote technical support to cut downtime. Wear parts are available at competitive bulk prices for factory stock.
