Variable frequency drives automatically adjust line speed according to bottle input volume, activating intelligent interlock rules: no bottle triggers no label feeding, and label absence halts glue supply to cut raw material waste.
Mechanically, the model adopts thickened load-bearing frames and stainless steel cast spindle housings paired with high-performance 40Cr core shafts to withstand round-the-clock heavy-duty operation. Quick-disassembly labeling molds accelerate product switching without secondary calibration, while three-stage tension bottle pressing structures guarantee even vertical clamping force to avoid bottle tilting at high speeds. Equipped with an independent cooling electrical cabinet and Korean automatic central lubrication, it operates on 17KW 380V/50Hz power and 5 kg air pressure, with a customizable 1050 mm conveying height. With wider overall dimensions and heavier weight, it serves large-scale manufacturers of beverages, edible oil and household chemicals seeking stable ultra-high-speed labeling and uninterrupted long-cycle production.
