>>Principle
The product employs the spectrophotometric method for manganese detection. After mixing the water sample with a buffer agent, manganese is oxidized to its higher oxidation state using a strong oxidizing agent. In the presence of a buffer solution and indicator, the oxidized manganese ions react with the indicator to form a colored complex. The monitor detects this color intensity change at specific wavelengths, converts it into manganese concentration values, and outputs the results. The amount of colored complex generated corresponds to the total manganese concentration.
