Classified as a removable plate heat exchanger, this product forms heat exchange channels through stacked plates to realize heat exchange between cold and hot fluids. It allows for the disassembly and maintenance of plates and gaskets, distinguishing it from non-removable heat exchangers such as brazed types. It is suitable for heat exchange working conditions that require regular cleaning and maintenance in industrial production.

- High heat exchange efficiency: The plates adopt a corrugated design that enhances fluid turbulence. Its heat transfer coefficient is much higher than that of shell and tube heat exchangers, with a heat recovery rate of over 90%. - Clamping devices: Adopting thickened carbon steel pressure plates and high-strength bolts, the guide rods are quenched and tempered, which can withstand industrial-grade working pressure, featuring a stable structure and no easy deformation during operation.
