This all-welded heat exchanger is a high-end heat exchange equipment available in model JFW044 and the MAX series. Relying on advanced all-welding technology and innovative structural design, it boasts core advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency, resistance to extreme working conditions and wide adaptability. It can fully replace traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers and is suitable for various heat exchange process scenarios across multiple industries.
Core Structural Design
Corrugated plate base structure: It adopts the corrugated plate design of plate heat exchangers with smooth plate surfaces. The unique corrugated structure enables the fluid to generate turbulence even at a low flow rate, which greatly improves the heat transfer efficiency. Meanwhile, the smooth surface effectively reduces the scaling probability and the frequency of equipment maintenance.
All-welded sealing process: The entire plate bundle is welded and formed from the base material by argon arc welding without any non-metallic sealing materials used in the whole process. The gasket-free design fundamentally eliminates the leakage problems of traditional heat exchangers caused by gasket aging and sealing failure, ensuring more stable sealing performance.
