This industrial heat exchanger equipment features material and steam flow channels formed by alternating assembly of plates with identical specifications, sealed by gaskets or connected through welding. The plates serve as core heat transfer components, while the optimized flow channel design enables feed liquid to achieve highly efficient turbulent flow. Available in three assembly configurations to meet diverse industrial requirements based on application scenarios and material characteristics including corrosivity and pressure demands.
Available Assembly Types
Detachable Type: The mainstream configuration offering high heat transfer efficiency, cost-effectiveness, easy operation and maintenance, flexible evaporation area adjustment, and reduced precious metal consumption.
Semi-Welded Type: Balances sealing performance with partial disassembly capability, featuring partially welded and partially sealed plates. Ideal for production scenarios requiring enhanced corrosion resistance or sealing.
All-Welded Type: Complete welding between plates eliminates gaskets, providing superior sealing performance, high pressure tolerance, and excellent corrosion resistance for demanding chemical production and corrosive material processing.

Superior Heat Exchange Efficiency: Features a heat transfer coefficient 2-3 times higher than tubular evaporators.
