Product Design & Operation
Our detachable plate heat exchanger consists of multiple heat exchange plates with corrugated grooves, sealed by gaskets and compressed with clamping studs. The design features corner holes forming continuous channels for fluid distribution.
Operation principle: Two fluids flow counter-currently in separate channels, separated by plates. Heat transfers from hot medium to plates, then to cold medium, resulting in efficient temperature exchange.
