The EC500-AC600 plate evaporator is a new-type evaporation equipment featuring high heat transfer efficiency, easy maintenance and expandability. With plates as its core heat transfer elements, it boasts heat exchange performance and a compact structure far superior to those of tubular evaporators.
It is widely applicable to the material liquid concentration and evaporation processes in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, light industry and other sectors. It saves a great deal of installation space under the same evaporation capacity, and can adapt to the concentration requirements of various working conditions, making it an excellent alternative to tubular evaporators.
Core Product Advantages
High Heat Transfer & Concentration Efficiency: The corrugated design of the plates enables the material liquid to form a vigorous turbulent flow, with a heat transfer coefficient 2 to 3 times that of tubular evaporators. The material liquid forms a disturbed flow on the heat exchange surface, scouring the surface, which prevents clogging and effectively delays the fouling cycle.
Compact Structure & Space-Saving: Adopting a modular design with stacked plates, the equipment occupies only 1/3 to 1/4 of the space of tubular evaporators and has a height merely 1/10 of the latter under the same evaporation capacity.
Easy Operation & Maintenance, Low Operating Cost: For maintenance, the plates can be disassembled, cleaned and inspected simply by loosening the screws of the plate heat exchanger. Removable models support independent replacement of plates and seals without the need for professional equipment.
Flexible Expansion & Strong Adaptability: The evaporation area can be precisely adjusted by adding or reducing the number of plates according to the evaporation capacity requirements of the production process, enabling easy equipment expansion or load adjustment.
Low Comprehensive Energy Consumption & Economical Operation: The high-efficiency heat transfer performance reduces the consumption of heating media, and the entire system features a simple process with low energy consumption of auxiliary parts.
