The P61103-105500 is a high-end plate-and-shell heat exchanger that combines the high heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchangers with the high temperature and pressure resistance of shell-and-tube heat exchangers. This advanced industrial heat exchange equipment is widely adaptable to demanding conditions in chemical, power, refrigeration, food and other industries, providing efficient and stable heat exchange for liquid-liquid, vapor-liquid, gas-gas and other heat transfer processes.

Core Structural Features
The equipment consists of welded corrugated plate bundles, shell, inlet and outlet nozzles, flanges and supports. It replaces traditional shell-and-tube heat exchanger tube bundles with corrugated plate bundles, where cold and hot fluids flow respectively in the plate bundle channels and shell-side channels, achieving efficient heat transfer through the plate walls. This design combines the high efficiency of plate heat exchangers with the structural robustness of shell-and-tube heat exchangers, providing an excellent alternative to traditional designs.
