Product Overview
Detachable plate heat exchangers consist of multiple heat exchange plates with corrugated grooves, sealed with gaskets and compressed by clamping studs. These units feature corner holes that form continuous channels for efficient fluid distribution and heat transfer.
Operating Principle
Media enters through inlet channels distributed between heat exchange plates. Each plate features sealing gaskets with alternating placement, allowing two separate fluids to flow counter-currently. Heat energy transfers from hot medium through plates to cold medium, achieving efficient temperature regulation.
