WO/F natural cooling sewage pump adopts non clogging pump body, impeller, H-class insulation motor, high-efficiencynon cloacing impeller desian, with excellent performance, stobiity, maturity and strona passing capacity, especially inthe discharge of solid and long and short fiber sewage.
Main uses
WQ/F is mainly used in municipal engineering, building construction, municipal sewage lifing pumping station, integratedpumping station,industrial sewage and sewage freatment, to discharge sewage, wastewater and rainwater containingsolids and long and short fibers.

Efficient non clogging double channel impeller adopts CfD design, spacious volute, excellent, stable and matureperformance, strong solid passing capacity, and fiber is not easy to wind, which is most suitable for sewage dischargethe impeller is verified by static balance, with small vibration and balanced operation.Specially designed and manufactured high reliability submersible motor, the insulation grade of the motor is grade Hthe maximum allowable working temperature is 180 ºC, which is better than grade f insulation. The motor is equippeawith high temperature bearing, which can withstand higher temperature, and can meet the starting and stopping fime.of noless than 20 times per hour.The main shaft adopts the short shaft extension structure design, which reduces the vibration, reduces the load of thebearing, thus prolongs the service life of the bearing; the pump runs smoothly with little noise and vibration.The electric pump can be installed either in diving or dry type. The installation mode can be either verical or horizontal. liis especially suitable for small integrated sewage pumping station (devicel. The motor has enough cooling capacity tcmeet the reauirement of normal continuous operation for no less than 60 minutes without any coolina medium.Two independent single face mechanical seals are respectively aranged at the pump cavity side and the motor sideto form two shaft seals.WQ/f adopts a fuly sealed structure with casting head. The cable sheath, cable core and casting head are vulcanizecas a whole fo ensure thot water wil not enter into the mofor cavity through the aap between the coble sheoth and cabecore. However, the cable head shall not contact with water. Water entering into the cable will seriously reduce theinsulation resistance of the cable and affect the safety of the motor.According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with local control cabinet and liquid level float switch, which carnot only automatically control the star and stop of the pump according to the change of liquid level,
