Q1: Can I Get samples? A: Stock sample is free, and if you have some customized logos or colors, there will be some set up charge, this can be discussed per detailed order information.
Q2: How long is the lead time of the samples? A: For stock samples, it takes 2-3 days and which is free. For customized order, it depends on your logo and artwork styles etc.,normally 7-10 days.
Q3: How long is the production lead time? A: It takes 30-45 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure short delivery time even for large quantity orders.
Q4: What format of the file do you need if i want my own design? A: We have our own designer. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are all ok. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
Q5: How many colors are available? A: It depends on the technique. Like laser only can be in just one color, ss color or black color. Heat transfer, water transfer , airwrap, water decal can be fading effect, no limit to the number of colors.
