The XZY Series High Pressure Water Jet Descaling System, developed by HENAN XUZHIYANG MACHINERY COMPANY, delivers continuous, high-volume water jet cleaning at 240 bar, specifically designed for on-line phosphorus and oxide removal in steel mills. This system combines a custom-engineered multi-nozzle descaling ring with an industrial-grade high-pressure pump unit, effectively tackling the toughest scale and residue on hot rolled strip steel and billets.
Unlike conventional cleaning systems, XZY adapts to varying product dimensions and geometries, providing precise, uniform impact across the full width of steel products—even in high-temperature conditions.
