Fully automatic high-pressure water jet reactor cleaning system
This system consists of a diesel-driven ultra-high pressure pump group (1500bar/85L/min) and an intelligent three-dimensional rotating nozzle. It is designed for fully automatic cleaning of reactors/tanks in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries without dead ends. The equipment generates huge kinetic energy through 1500bar ultra-high pressure water jets, and cooperates with the composite motion trajectory of nozzle rotation + revolution + axial feed to achieve thorough stripping of stubborn dirt such as coking, polymers, and residues on the tank wall. The whole process does not require manual entry into the tank, which significantly improves cleaning efficiency and safety.
