Keep the working environment of the equipment ventilated and dry during equipment installation. Exhaust fans or air conditioners must be installed in this space. Water cooling needs to be connected to cooling water and chiller.
Operation method of air source ozone generator
Place the ozone generator in a specific (stable, well-ventilated and heat-dissipating) position outside the room to be disinfected, and check the ozone silica gel Whether the hose is connected to the ozone outlet of the machine.
Connect the cooling water system and pay attention to the correct connection of the cooling water inlet and outlet. (This type is a water cooler).
Connect the other end of the hose to the jet or mixing tower, if not, don't connect it.
The ozone outlet should bemore than one meter higher than the water level to prevent backwater.
Turn on the power, the power indicator light is on, and the voltmeter displays the current voltage.
Turn on the air control switch, the work indicator light is on, and the oil-free air compressor starts to work.
Turn on the ozone switch, the ozone indicator will light up, and the ozone components will start to work. (The ozone generator above 15 grams needs to be adjusted. Degree knob to adjust the ozone output concentration.) The ozone silicone hose has ozone gas output.
