This Reverse osmosis (RO) is the most popular water treatment system , waste Water Purification RO system in in modern times; Due to it's cost effectiveness, quality reliability, minimum operation supervision, less energy consumption and minimum chemical dosage compare to other water treatment methods such as distiller and water demineralization.
RO is one type of membrane separation technology which utilized membrane pressure differential to separate raw water from stronger solution to the weaker. It is suitable to treat almost all kind of raw water such as well water, stream water, river water, rain water, tap water (brackish water) and sea water. In general, it is the most economical process for desalination of brackish water and sea water. It has no hazardous chemical handling and suitable for clean environment.
An optimum RO system would improve the performance, ease of operation and ultimately reduce operating cost. Tremendous Industries’ technical staffs are specializing in water treatment technologies in their respective specialties. Together, they had been involved in many custom-designed RO plants, and are capable to design, fabricate, install and commissioning RO system up to 10,000m³/day.
The operating pressure is applied on the inlet (concentrated solution) side to overcome the natural osmotic pressure. When the operating pressure higher than the natural osmotic pressure is removed from the concentrated solution side, the flow direction of the natural osmotic water molecules will be reversed. The water in the inlet (concentrated solution) will pass through the reverse osmosis membrane to become the purification water produced on the dilute solution side.Reverse osmosis equipment can stop all the soluble salt and organic molecular weight greater than 100, but allowing water molecules through the reverse osmosis composite membrane desalting rate is generally greater than 98%, they are widely used in industrial pure water preparation and electronic ultrapure water, drinking pure water production, such as boiler feed water process, using reverse osmosis equipment before ion exchange can sharply decreasing operation of water and wastewater emissions.
