The SP13 Weatherproof Aviation Connector is a compact, screw-fastened circular interface from the SP family, featuring a 13 mm nominal shell diameter. While designated as an "aviation plug," it serves as a versatile outdoor and industrial sealed connector for low-to-moderate power and multi-signal wiring applications where M12 connectors are insufficient and larger M20/M25 connectors are excessive.
Available as a cable plug paired with a panel or rear-nut socket (straight style), it offers solder-cup, screw, or crimp contact options. When mated, it achieves IP68 sealing—fully dust-tight and safe for submersion beyond 1 meter.
As the optimal value choice within the SP series (SP13/SP17/SP21), the SP13 utilizes the same twist-lock mechanism, occupies less space, costs less than metal aviation connectors, and maintains full cross-compatibility with common SP1310, SP1311, and SP1312 subtypes from major suppliers.
