Product Overview
The M12 Field-Terminable Plug serves as the on-site cable-end counterpart to standard factory-molded M12 cordsets. Instead of purchasing pre-manufactured cables with fixed lengths, you can use your own cable, expose the conductors, fasten them into the contact holder using a screwdriver (or solder/crimp method), and secure the plug housing with an M12×1.0 threaded coupling ring.
Compliant with IEC 61076-2-101 (sensor/actuator) and IEC 61076-2-109 (X-coded Ethernet), this solution fits any standard M12 panel receptacle or mating plug and achieves IP67 sealing when properly tightened with O-ring and cable gland.
