Bluwat emulsion breaker rapidly splits stable emulsions from cutting and grinding processes. It is water soluble, easy to dose, and works across a wide pH range to deliver clear oil water separation.
The cationic polymer reduces interfacial tension in W O and O W systems, breaks the stability of oil and colloids, and forms dense flocs through molecular chain bridging. It integrates well with equalization tanks and dissolved air flotation units.
Typical dose 50 to 1000 ppm depending on oil and solids loading.
