Bluwat demulsifier helps facilities process crude storage tank bottoms and desalter effluent by breaking stable emulsions and accelerating oil water separation. The result is cleaner water, lower oil loss, and more stable downstream treatment.
The high charge cationic polymer disrupts emulsion stability, binds fine oil droplets and solids into dense flocs, and improves removal by gravity settling or flotation. It is fully water soluble and fits easily into existing mixing steps.
Dose range 50 to 1000 ppm depending on crude and solids content.
