Application Methods:
| 1 | Prepare solution first, mix color remocal chemical with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution. |
| 2 | Mix polyaluminium chloride with water to get solution of 2-5% Al2O3 content. |
| 3 | Have solution of Anionic Polyacrylamide, 0.1% concentration. |
| 4 | Have effluent, test pH value, adjust pH value to 8-10.(It is very important to let color removal cheical works well) |
| 5 | Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes |
| 6 | Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes |
| 7 | Add small content of anionic polyacrylamide solution, mix slowly to have big floc. |
| 8 | Sedimentation, Check color for treated effluent |
