How To Use The Blufloc Polyacrylamide?
  1. Prepare an aqueous solution with 0.1~0.3% concentration, using neutral water without salts or impurities.
  2. Sprinkle the Blufloc Cationic polyacrylamide into the mixing water and stir at a speed of 100~300rpm. Heating the solution to below 60°C can accelerate dissolution.
  3. Adjust the solution's pH value to ensure the product's maximum effectiveness. Conduct tests to determine the best pH value and product series to use.
  4. Add the cationic polyacrylamide solution to the liquid that needs treatment and mix well. The solution will start to form flocs, which will grow and settle faster with slow stirring speed.
What's the Functional Principle of Polyacrylamide?
  • Flocculation Mechanism:

Adsorbing suspension particles, polymer chains entangle and cross-link each other to form bridging and make flocculation structure enlarge and thicken, and has the functions of surface adsorption and electric neutralization.

  • Reinforcing Mechanism:

PAM molecule chain and dispersed phase form bridging bond, ion bond, and a covalent bond to increase combination strength.
