Product Overview
This anti-corrosion desalination system is specifically engineered for desalination and recycling of industrial wastewater containing acids, alkalis, chlorides, and corrosive ions. The system integrates corrosion-resistant pretreatment units with specialized desalination equipment to effectively eliminate dissolved salts, heavy metals, and corrosive substances from wastewater. The resulting purified water can be recycled as process makeup water, cooling water, and workshop cleaning water, significantly reducing factory freshwater consumption and sewage discharge.

Full Anti-corrosion Structural Configuration: Water-contact components utilize FRP, lined plastic steel, PVDF, and 316L stainless steel materials, providing excellent resistance to chloride ion erosion, weak acids, and weak alkalis. Ensures no rust or leakage during long-term operation.
Efficient Desalination for Complex Corrosive Wastewater: Custom anti-pollution RO membranes or ion exchange towers effectively remove chloride, sulfate, sodium, and calcium-magnesium salts, reducing water conductivity and preventing corrosion and scaling in recycling pipelines.
Intelligent Fully Automatic Control: PLC touch screen control enables automatic backwashing, chemical cleaning, and regeneration. Equipped with corrosion liquid leakage alarms, high/low pressure protection, and power-off memory, supporting 24-hour unattended operation.
High Water Reuse Rate to Reduce Operating Costs: Desalted wastewater is fully recycled for factory production processes, substantially decreasing tap water purchase costs and sewage treatment fees. Concentrated high-salt water can be separately processed to meet emission standards.
Modular Skid-mounted Layout: All units are integrated on anti-corrosion base frames, occupying minimal space while facilitating transportation and installation. Modular design simplifies future component replacement and maintenance.
