Product Brief Introduction
This ion exchange resin desalination system is specifically customized for desalting and purification of wastewater discharged from chemical workshops. It utilizes matched cation and anion exchange resin beds to effectively remove soluble salt ions, heavy metal ions, and acidic/alkaline residues in chemical wastewater. After treatment, the wastewater meets factory reuse standards or environmental discharge limits, enabling wastewater recycling while reducing raw water intake and sewage treatment pressure.

Efficient Deep Desalting Effect: Combined cation-anion mixed bed process adsorbs positive and negative salt ions separately, significantly lowering the conductivity of chemical wastewater. Stable effluent quality is suitable for recycling as workshop process water or circulating cooling makeup water.
Strong Adaptability to Complex Chemical Wastewater: Anti-pollution special ion exchange resin resists trace organic solvents, weak acid and weak alkali substances in chemical wastewater, reducing resin poisoning and prolonging service cycle. Supporting pre-filtering unit intercepts suspended solids to avoid resin blockage.
Automatic Regeneration & Unattended Operation: PLC automatic control system completes water production, backwashing, acid/alkali regeneration and rinsing procedures automatically. Equipped with liquid level alarm, regeneration liquid shortage reminder and power-off memory function, reducing manual management frequency.
Water Resource Recycling & Cost Saving: Desalted clean wastewater can be reused for workshop cleaning, equipment cooling and dilution, cutting tap water consumption and overall sewage discharge fees for chemical plants.
Safe & Corrosion-resistant Industrial Structure: Tower bodies, pipelines and regeneration tanks are made of anti-corrosion FRP or lined plastic steel, resisting corrosive chemical wastewater to avoid equipment leakage and extend service life.
Complete Technological Flow
Chemical workshop wastewater regulating tank → multi-media pre-filter → cation exchange tower → intermediate water tank → anion exchange tower → mixed ion exchange bed → reuse water tank
Cation bed: Remove calcium, magnesium, sodium and other positive metal ions
Anion bed: Remove sulfate, chloride, nitrate and other negative acid radical ions
Mixed bed: Deep secondary desalting to further reduce effluent conductivity
Regeneration process: Automatic injection of dilute acid and dilute alkali to restore resin exchange capacity after saturation
Main Technical Parameters
Customized wastewater treatment capacity ranges from 1 to 80 cubic meters per hour for small chemical workshops and large chemical industrial parks. Effluent conductivity can be controlled below 10μS/cm.
Equipped with industrial anti-pollution cation/anion/mixed bed resin, anti-corrosion exchange tower and automatic acid-alkali dosing regeneration system. Applicable working temperature: 5℃-45℃, standard power supply 380V/50Hz.
