316L Fully Sealed Aseptic Potable Water Tank for Drinking Water Storage

This fully sealed stainless steel pure water storage tank is specially designed for bottled drinking water, barreled pure water, mineral water and drinking water treatment plants. The tank features SUS304/SUS316L sanitary stainless steel construction with fully closed aseptic sealing structure and mirror polished inner wall without sanitary dead corners.

Matched with RO pure water equipment, ultrafiltration and disinfection systems to store finished pure water before filling. The sealed design effectively isolates external air, dust, bacteria and pollutants, prevents pure water from secondary pollution, and ensures long-term stable water quality of finished pure water.

Pure water produced by water treatment equipment flows into the sealed tank for temporary storage before filling. The sterile breather valve only allows filtered sterile air to enter and exit the tank, blocking external bacteria, dust and carbon dioxide from contacting pure water.

The fully closed structure eliminates algae and microbial reproduction caused by open water storage. The reserved CIP cleaning interface supports automatic circulating cleaning and disinfection without opening the tank body, effectively avoiding secondary pollution during manual cleaning.
