This horizontal stainless steel mixing tank is specifically designed for food, beverage, condiment, dairy, and snack production lines. Constructed with full SUS304 food-grade stainless steel in a horizontal cylindrical layout, it features built-in low-speed stirring paddles and a sealed transmission system. The tank ensures uniform mixing, homogenization, buffering, and temporary storage of liquid food raw materials including fruit pulp, syrup, sauce, dairy liquids, and beverage base liquids. The smooth seamless inner wall meets food sanitation standards, prevents raw material residue and bacterial growth, and significantly enhances blending uniformity and production efficiency.
Food raw materials such as syrup, fruit puree, and dairy liquid are injected into the horizontal tank through the feeding port. The horizontal stirring paddle rotates slowly to push materials in a back-and-forth flow within the cylinder, ensuring complete mixing of different raw material ratios without local precipitation or stratification. The closed tank body prevents material oxidation and contamination during blending. After uniform mixing, the finished liquid is discharged from the bottom outlet to subsequent filling and sterilization processes. The integrated CIP interface supports automatic online cleaning without tank disassembly, significantly reducing cleaning labor time.
