Unlike conventional manually operated mixed bed units that require frequent inspection and maintenance, this fully automatic system employs integrated PLC intelligent control for continuous 24-hour operation. It features automatic water intake, continuous purification, on-demand resin regeneration, and automatic pipeline flushing with high-efficiency anti-fouling anion and cation mixed resin for consistent deep desalination and precise silicon removal performance.
Working Principle
Pre-treated water enters the fully automatic mixed bed vessel where high-activity mixed ion exchange resin thoroughly absorbs and removes residual salt ions, hardness components, and silicon impurities. The system continuously monitors outlet water quality and automatically initiates regeneration when resin adsorption reaches saturation.
The complete automatic regeneration sequence includes backwashing, chemical regeneration, positive flushing, and system reset—all performed without manual intervention. After regeneration, the resin fully restores ion exchange activity, ensuring uninterrupted high-purity water output for power plant boiler and circulating water systems through intelligent cyclic operation.
