Product Overview
This High Temperature Resistant EDI System is professional industrial deionized water treatment equipment specially optimized for electroplating workshops, surface treatment factories, and metal processing production lines. Unlike conventional EDI systems limited by ambient water temperature, this upgraded equipment features specially customized heat-resistant membrane stacks and anti-aging structural materials, perfectly adapting to high-temperature operating environments.
Electroplating production processes including electroplating coating, surface rinsing, and workpiece finishing require stable high-purity deionized water to avoid plating defects, surface spots, and poor adhesion. Matched with a two-stage RO pretreatment system, this equipment achieves deep removal of trace ions and conductive impurities, providing reliable core supporting equipment for long-term continuous water supply in electroplating industrial production.
Working Principle
Qualified water treated by two-stage RO reverse osmosis steadily enters the high-temperature resistant EDI membrane stack. Under a stable DC electric field, the internal high-efficiency ion exchange resin fully adsorbs residual anions, cations, and trace conductive impurities in the water.
Impurity ions complete directional migration through selective ion exchange membranes and are concentrated and discharged through independent concentrated water channels. The equipment supports automatic electric regeneration of internal resin during continuous operation without any chemical additives, maintaining pure water quality without secondary pollution.
The entire membrane stack and internal accessories employ high-temperature resistant and anti-aging configurations, maintaining stable adsorption and separation efficiency under long-term high-temperature operating conditions. Equipped with real-time water quality and temperature monitoring modules, the system automatically adjusts operating parameters to ensure continuous and stable supply of standard electroplating-grade deionized water.
