Working Principle

Qualified two-stage RO pre-purified water is consistently delivered to the industrial EDI membrane stack module. Under the constant DC electric field within the equipment, the built-in high-efficiency ion exchange resin rapidly adsorbs residual anions and cations in the water. Impurity ions complete directional migration and efficient separation through selective ion exchange membranes, then are concentrated and discharged via independent concentrated water channels.

Unlike traditional processes, this system enables automatic electric regeneration of internal resin without acid or alkali chemical dosing, eliminating shutdown maintenance and chemical pollution risks.
