Electroplating Workshop Anti-corrosion Industrial Ultrapure Water Equipment
This anti-corrosion industrial ultrapure water equipment is professionally customized for electroplating production lines, metal surface treatment, galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, alloy electroplating and precision hardware electroplating workshops.
Electroplating processes are extremely sensitive to water quality. Excessive metal ions, conductivity, silicon content, chloride ions and suspended impurities will cause plating layer blistering, peeling, dark color, spots, uneven coating and low adhesion, resulting in large-area defective products.
This system adopts anti-corrosion materials and two-stage RO + EDI deep desalination technology. It effectively removes chloride ions, heavy metals, soluble salts, colloids and organic pollutants in raw water. With overall anti-rust and acid-alkali resistant design, the equipment adapts to high-corrosion humid workshop environment, stably outputting low-conductivity industrial ultrapure water to ensure bright, uniform and high-adhesion electroplating layers and greatly reduce electroplating rejection rate.
Working Process
Anti-corrosion Pretreatment System - Full set of anti-corrosion filter tanks and pipelines intercept sediment, rust and suspended solids, effectively protecting the core membrane system from particle damage.
Water Softening Treatment - Automatic softener reduces water hardness, prevents pipeline and membrane scaling, avoids hard particle impurities affecting electroplating surface finish.
Two-stage RO Reverse Osmosis Purification - High desalination rate RO membranes remove most salts, chloride ions and metal ions, greatly lowering water conductivity.
EDI Deep Deionization System - Further removes trace residual ions and silica, ensuring stable low conductivity water required for precision electroplating.
Full Anti-corrosion Industrial Design - All water-bearing parts adopt FRP anti-corrosion tanks and anti-alkali/acid resistant pipelines. Special anti-rust structure adapts to electroplating workshop humid, acidic and corrosive working environment, not easy to age or leak.
Strict Removal of Chloride & Metal Ions - Effectively filter chloride ions and heavy metal ions that most affect electroplating quality, prevent oxidation, dark coating and plating layer peeling problems.
