The equipment can process various water sources including municipal tap water, well water, and surface raw water, effectively removing metal ions, silica, colloids, particulate pollutants, organic matter (TOC), and microorganisms. It consistently produces electronic-grade ultrapure water reaching 15-18.25MΩ*cm, with trace impurities strictly controlled at ppb levels. This stable high-purity water prevents battery self-discharge, internal micro-short circuits, electrolyte deterioration, and finished product defects, significantly improving yield in electrode coating, slurry mixing, electrolyte preparation, and pole piece cleaning processes.
The integrated skid-mounted structure features factory pre-assembly, pipeline layout, and comprehensive debugging. With minimal footprint and plug-and-play installation, it perfectly suits compact standardized workshops and phased capacity expansion in new energy factories.
Complete Technological Process
Multi-stage Antifouling Pretreatment Module: Equipped with multimedia filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and automatic softening devices to intercept sediment, residual chlorine, and suspended impurities, reducing raw water hardness and mitigating RO membrane scaling risk.
Dual-stage RO Reverse Osmosis Primary Desalination: Utilizes high-fouling-resistant industrial RO membranes with total desalination rate above 99.5%, removing most soluble salts, colloids, and organic pollutants.
Inter-stage Dosing & Buffer Regulation: pH adjustment reduces carbon dioxide and silicon content in intermediate water, optimizing EDI module efficiency.
EDI Electrodeionization Deep Deionization: Provides continuous desalination without acid and alkali chemical regeneration, eliminating residual trace ions and silica.
