This automatic ion exchange water softener is specifically designed for fruit juice, fruit wine, and beverage brewing production procedures. Excess calcium and magnesium ions in raw water cause scaling on pipelines, heating tanks, blending equipment, and fermentation vessels, leading to juice precipitation, turbid liquid, poor flavor, and shortened shelf life of finished drinks.
Our water softening equipment adsorbs hardness substances in raw water using high-performance cation exchange resin, effectively lowering total water hardness, stabilizing brewing water quality, guaranteeing consistent taste of juice products, and reducing waste rates in beverage production lines.
The entire workflow operates fully automatically without manual intervention.
Consistently removes calcium and magnesium scale-forming ions, prevents juice flocculation, sediment, and cloudy phenomenon, maintains juice transparency and purity, and ensures unified flavor across batch-produced fruit drinks.
Equipped with premium automatic multi-way control valve, the machine completes regeneration, backwash, rinse, and water replenishment automatically. Can run 24 hours nonstop, reducing manual management expenses for beverage factories.
Eliminates scale buildup on fermentation tanks, heat exchangers, filling pipelines, and sterilization machines, reduces equipment maintenance frequency, and extends the service life of the entire production line.
Single tank type suits small and medium juice workshops; duplex tank model provides uninterrupted continuous water supply, perfectly matching mass continuous brewing assembly lines.
FRP tank or 304 stainless steel tank options provide corrosion resistance against raw water impurities and withstand daily long-cycle operation in humid beverage workshop environments.
Only edible regenerant salt is consumed in daily use, while the resin can be reused for many years, making overall operating and maintenance expenditure highly economical.
