This boiler-dedicated water softener stabilizes inlet water quality, reduces maintenance frequency, and extends boiler service life by preventing scale buildup that compromises efficiency and safety.
High-capacity cation resin fully absorbs hardness ions, maintaining extremely low outlet water hardness to prevent scale adhesion on boiler inner walls.
Automatic flow/time control for continuous operation or manual regeneration for smaller boilers, providing flexible selection based on boiler tonnage.
Fiberglass tank with pressure-resistant lining, wear-resistant control valve, and corrosion-resistant brine tank designed for boiler room environments.
Moderate salt and water consumption during regeneration with reduced cleaning frequency, lowering labor and chemical descaling expenses.

Raw boiler feed water flows into the resin tank where calcium and magnesium ions are trapped by resin, producing qualified soft water for the boiler. Once resin adsorption reaches saturation, the system enters regeneration: backwash → brine absorption → slow rinse → fast rinse, then resumes soft water supply.
