Product Overview
This integrated unit combines cold water constant pressure boosting and hot water circulation constant pressure control in a single system. It intelligently adjusts water pump speed based on real-time water consumption, balances hot and cold pipeline pressure, and ensures stable water output for guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities throughout the day. This system serves as an essential supporting facility for both hotel water system renovations and new construction projects.
Working Principle
Independent pressure sensors continuously monitor both cold water pipeline and hot water circulation pipeline pressures, transmitting signals to the PLC frequency conversion control cabinet. When multiple guests use water simultaneously and pipeline pressure drops, the system automatically increases pump frequency to boost water supply. During periods of reduced water usage, it decreases operating frequency to conserve energy. The built-in hot water circulation module maintains continuous hot water flow, eliminating cold water discharge at the start of water use. Automatic main and standby pump switching ensures uninterrupted hot and cold water supply 24 hours daily.
