This complete integrated water supply solution is specifically designed for high-rise residential buildings, commercial complexes, office towers, and communities, addressing common water pressure instability issues.
Traditional water supply systems often suffer from unstable pressure: low pressure on high floors during peak usage and excessive pressure on lower floors, leading to small water flow, pipeline leakage, and reduced service life of terminal sanitary ware.
Equipped with intelligent frequency conversion control cabinet, stable water pump set, and pressure sensing module, this system automatically adjusts pump operating speed according to real-time water consumption to maintain constant pipeline pressure 24/7. It effectively saves energy, reduces water hammer impact, and enables unattended automatic operation.
Pressure sensors monitor real-time pipeline water pressure and transmit data to the PLC frequency conversion controller. When water consumption increases and pressure drops, the system increases pump frequency and rotating speed to boost water output. When water usage decreases and pressure rises, it reduces frequency to lower pump power.
The system dynamically matches water supply volume with actual demand, maintaining pipeline pressure within a preset stable range. It also supports sleep mode during low water consumption periods to reduce power consumption, with automatic switching between main and standby pumps for uninterrupted water supply.
